Hi, I have PCOS and I haven't ovulated in a while. Could it be ovulation discharge? 🥹

There’s really no such thing as ovulation discharge. Mom blogs and internet randos say it’s like egg whites, but that’s not true. EWCM can happen at any point in your cycle — I never ever get it around ovulation. Maybe a day or two before my period if that.
