Healthy snack ideas for growing teenager
Hey all!
Anyone have any tips for healthy yet filling snacks that I can bake/cook/make/buy for my 13yo step son?
He is growing like mad and therefore eating like mad. I don’t want to say no to him when he asks for food (for the 10 millionth time 😭😂).
But I also don’t need him eating £10 worth a day of chocolate, crisps and other unhealthy stuff.
I’ve made him fresh banana milkshakes etc, but I’m just out of ideas now.

Ps. He has breakfast, a big lunch and a big dinner every day and has fruit as his 4th and 5th ‘meal’. Trust me it’s not the meal sizes that need to change 😊
