Must be getting old…

So, I must be getting old (33year old).

When I was 27 in March 2017 me and my bf at the time decided to try for a baby. (Husband now)

We were arguing that night because we found out friends of ours were trying for a baby and they were together for way less time than us. (Which is stupid thing to argue about but I really wanted a baby, but my bf was anxious about it. We talked about it a lot even before this but he never felt ‘ready’) but That night after we made up, we had sex and he didn’t pull out.

Two weeks later, I found out I was pregnant. November 2017 we had a beautiful healthy baby.

Less than a year later, September 2018 - we started talking about having a second baby. We wanted two kids close together in age. That night we had sex and once again he did not pull out.

Two week later, I found out I was pregnant. Unfortunately, 3 weeks after that, I ended up having a miscarriage.

After speaking with my doctor she said I was okay to try again right away if I wanted to, so I started using LH strips and tracked my surge. The day of my surge, me and my bf had unprotected sex.

10 days later, I found out I was pregnant and July 2019 at the ripe ol’ age of 29, I had my second daughter.

Fast forward to 2023 at 33 year old and we have decided to try for a 3rd baby.

I have had ‘unprotected’ sex exactly 3 times in my life (if you count the pullout method as protected sex 😂) and all of those 3 times, I got pregnant.

I always thought me and my husband were very fertile. But now, last month, even with tracking my surge and using strip etc. and unprotected sex, Aunt Flo still decided to greet me this cycle.

It appears your fertility really does get worse when you hit your 30s.
