Nausea relief

I purchased some travel/sea sickness bands as I was so desperate to try anything to help with my nausea. It was really affecting my life and I was starting to dread the next day thinking of having to do it all again. I’ve used the bands for 2 days now and it’s been the best 2 days I’ve had since I was 5 weeks. Now and again I’ll get a wave or two of nausea but I don’t feel like they totally floor me as they did. Wanted to share in the hope they work for someone else too and I can be of some help. Best £3 I’ve ever spent!
