What does this mean I had my first ultrasound today I just stumbled across this when I checked my portal. They didn’t say anything to me in person about any of this. ￼

Answer

It’s nothing bad. Amenorrhea is without a period… so that could also be irregular periods or no period.  
The second line is basically the swab that they do for your cervix during a pap to see there’s any abnormal growth. 
The third line is just to test for STDs. Usually done during these exams. 
Not sure why it wasn’t discussed hope this helps.
