Can’t handle this anymore

My dad is SO verbally abusive. Anytime he gets aggravated or pissed he takes it out on my mom or me. Anytime something doesn’t go his way or he’s mad he’ll say “nobody in this house cares” (like him not being able to sleep and instead of going to the doctor he says none of us help him fix the problem). Today he’s blaming my mom for not washing his clothes when she told him she would yesterday and bc he was mad he told her “to leave them alone, he’d do it his fucking self” and now bc she LISTENED to him he’s bitching her out for it. I wish I could just move out and get away from all of it but I can’t and it doesn’t help my mom at all.
