Trying for my 3rd Baby

31+ Years Old with 2 children. Soon to be 5 & 10. My boyfriend of 3 years wants to start TTC. It will be his first child and my 3rd. We’ve been having sex for 3 years unprotected. I have not had a pregnancy scare yet. I’m not on BC haven’t been since getting pregnant with my daughter 5 years ago. He’s never gotten anyone pregnant, never had a pregnancy scare with anyone. I’m constantly always tracking my cycle. It’s regular like clock work all 3 years every 26-28 days. Because it’s not happening like my previous pregnancies, just have sex and miss my period. I’m afraid that maybe I can’t get pregnant anymore or he may have low speed count. He is 28 years old. I’m looking into the Maca Root supplement, Prenatal vitamins, slippery elm, fenugreek, black seed oil etc just looking for a little more tips
