Missed Miscarriage

Hi guys-

Went in for my 10 week appt on April 5th to find out that little bean stopped growing at 9 weeks and had no heartbeat. D&C on the 7th.

Still had light pregnancy tests until this past Friday for sure. My hcg was at 34 last thursday. My cycle is usually predictable but with this it's all up in the air. Anyone have any tracking/ fertility advice after a miscarriage? We want to try ASAP. I think it will help me grieve.
