Has anyone ever had all the symptoms of pregnancy and been pregnant but had negative tests?

My last period was Mar 11, 2023. Over the past 2 weeks or so I’ve been nauseous and just felt generally off. Over the past 2 days the nausea has ramped up, I’m extremely tired, having bad headaches and can barely eat more than a few bites without feeling sick. My husband says my boobs have gotten bigger and that I have a glow about me. I had all these same symptoms with both my previous pregnancies. I’ve tested multiple times with all negative results.

Based on my last period I’d be 7 weeks. I go see my OB next week. I’m mostly wondering if anyone has experienced this before.
