Saggy boobs

I been having saggy boobs since I was a kid I never got the right bras and my mom didn’t get me a lot so I use to steal her bras which were b and I was d so imagine how bad it squeeze my breast and then I never wore bras in the house because of it . Does anyone know how to help with saggy breast beside surgery I’m 22 and it’s hard to be in certain outside and wear sexy things without my breast all the way down to my belly button . I seen someone say rubbing oil helps but whatever helps I’m willing to try.
