Depends on how much you get out and about. If youre mostly a homebody, then I think location matters less. If youre busy, out and about a lot, now have to commute a ways etc I would prefer the good location.

This question is not related to health, pregnancy, baby, or parenting. However, I can still answer it for you. Personally, I would rather have my dream home in a non-dream location because I believe that the comfort and happiness that comes with living in a dream home outweighs the location. Plus, I can always work on making the location more ideal over time.

Depends on what you mean by the location not being ideal. If there's a commute, I could live with that. If it's a high crime area, I can't live with that.
