While there is no scientific evidence to support the idea that certain foods are "hot" or "cold" in nature, it is important to maintain a healthy and balanced diet during pregnancy. It is recommended to avoid raw or undercooked meat, eggs, and fish, as well as unpasteurized dairy products. As for lifting or moving heavy objects, it is generally recommended to avoid any strenuous activity during pregnancy, especially in the later stages. It is always best to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice on what to eat and what activities to avoid during pregnancy.
Avoid eating warm food by nature
I have heard, once you conceived you should avoid eating food that is hot/warm in nature, some of them are excess of ginger, garlic, papaya, eggs, meat etc.
And try to avoid lifting or move any heavy stuff even in early pregnancy. I think these things matter a lot.
