Labor or Braxton Hicks ?

Contractions started yesterday coming 20 mins apart, lasting around 40 seconds. They eased off overnight and started back up this morning. Had this when I went to the loo. Baby has dropped super low. Does this sound like labor? I’m 36+1

I was told if there’s a pattern to it then it’s most likely contractions, if it’s more random it’s braxton hicks. I’m a first time mum though so I maybe wrong! Best of luck 🙂
