Kinda scared

In all honesty I’m scared to do anything.. I start a new job tomorrow, luckily it’s just training ( another nursing home making more then what I was making.) we pay 1500 in rent so I needed to make more then 11 an hour.. however with the bleed I had over the weekend and finding out I’m high risk because it’s twins and having two sch’s I’m scared I’m going to do something wrong and lose one if not both.. I’m absolutely terrified. I mean the only restrictions I was given was pelvic rest and no heavy lifting however I have an almost 2 year old at home I mean she’s tiny but idk what “ heavy lifting” is really considered . Did anyone else have this and everything turn out just fine and was able to continue workin etc ?
