Decongest medicine or remedies first trimester

Anyone know of safe decongestant medicine I can take during the first trimester? My doctor’s nurse said I could take Tylenol cold but I see there’s the decongestant ingredient that is on the avoid list that I found online multiple times. Any natural remedies? I have Covid and have tried a steamy bowl with Vicks. Seemed to help but I want something more lasting as the congestion is making me feel dizzy and have brain fog accompanied with a bit of nausea.
