No just tells you how far along you’re measuring.

You won’t be able to determine that. Even if you’re tracking ovulation you won’t be able to determine the exact day your egg implanted. You can narrow it down to a few day window but you won’t be able to know the exact day

No it will not. And the exact day doesn't matter unless it's a paternity issue and when it's that close you'll need a DNA test.

Is there a reason you'd need to know the exact date? Ultrasound is pretty accurate within a few days but it shouldn't matter much.

You can have a guess if you tracked ovulation with opks and bbt.

So for me I was able to. If I went by my LMP I was 8w at my first appointment, but I measured 7w3d, so 4 days behind. I was tracking ovulation and I ovulated 4 days later than usual and I also tested positive at 8dpo so I was able to get the day I conceived!
