Does anyone else feel like getting a divorce while pregnant?

I’m not trying to be funny. I have so much anger towards my husband & I feel like I don’t even want to be with him anymore.

I didn't during pregnancy, but in the first 3 months after having our first I was just so fucking over him. He wasn't doing or not doing anything. I just fucking hated him. Wanted nothing to do with him. Told him we can still do family things but I didn't want to be with him. Thankfully he talked me down because it got a lot better over the next 3 months. By 6 months PP I was back to my usual and like snapped out of whatever I was in. Felt awful for having said all that to him. Again it wasn't anything he was or wasn't doing. I just felt a lot of hate and anger toward him. It was wild. Not sure if it was hormones rising and crashing at the same time, or what.

100% hormones. I’m telling you, pregnancy and especially postpartum hormones are the absolute WORST. You just have to remind yourself that your feelings are not always reliable. Don’t make any quick decisions because like the other commenter discussed, you could feel completely differently in a handful of months from now. You don’t want to look back and regret a decision you made out of dealing with major surges/drops in hormone levels that would then affect you and your child’s entire rest of your life. Hang in there. It will get better. And until it does, maybe explain to him your emotions and ask for some space and grace to get through this time.
