5 weeks and spotting

Ive had some spotting today, I'm around 5 weeks. It started reddishand more noticeable this morning but now its barely there and brown. No cramping. My midwifw has serial HCG ordered but i wont know anything for a few days. Anyone have thoughts? My first HCG just came back 3700
