Implantation ?

I had sex with my partner april 27th (unprotected using pull out method), my expected period is in 4 days but yesterday I noticed 2 dots of blood when I wiped, it wasn’t enough for me to consider it the beginning of my period, it just looked like red discharge ! Also been having pretty severe cramps in my upper abdomen ( just a little under the middle of my boobs and above my belly button) all of this started on may 17th around 9 pm and it has carried on until now!
