For safety between now and birth you should discuss and get cleared by your doctor before doing. 
But, if you are cleared the safest way to get your colostrum collection is through hand expression. Using a Hakka can be extremely helpful during this time as well. A breast pump will end up wasting a lot of the colostrum because colostrum is so thick and such a small amount it will just get stuck in the flanges and bottle necks and end up going to waste.
