So I've have a big red spot on my breast with lumps underneath. Its been painful yesterday and today. I thought it was clogged ducts so ive been trying to massage and use my lactation massager as well to help break it up. Well when infinished my last pump session I had this light green goo on the inside of my flaunge. Anyone ever have this happen? Any tips or tricks on how to get me back to normal again? This sucks. 😣
