Watered down formula

UPDATE:

A few very wet diapers later, he’s totally fine. Took a pretty good poop too 😂 but I definitely don’t want to go through that again. The Brezza does not have a low formula warning, and I will never do a feeding in the dark again 😩

For those hyper concerned with the solids my child is eating 🙄 YES he’s nearly 6 months, YES he’s showing signs of readiness, NO he’s not eating too much (about 2 ounces spread out), YES it’s at a paediatricians recommendation.

I accidentally gave my 21 week old very watery formula! (Top bottle is the culprit, bottom is normal for comparison).

He had about 3 ounces, 3 hours ago. He is on formula and having solids 3x a day so I’m really hoping this is okay as a one off!! I’m so scared and keeping a close eye on him for toxicity. He woke up cranky for a bottle and had an extremely wet diaper. He’s playing, laughing, active, and babbling… it’s a holiday here so my ped is closed. Should I keep watching him or rush to a doc??
