What could this be?!

Hi! I am 10 weeks postpartum as of last Saturday, thought that I started my period on Friday for the first time and the cramps have been bad but nothing I haven’t felt before I got pregnant. The discharge was brown for a few days and since yesterday it’s been bright red and slimy. Cramps bad enough that I took some Advil. Today in the shower this came out, what is it? It is somewhat hard and spongy, a little over an inch long.
