Please Help?

Sorry it’s a little tmi but this is going on my second week bleeding and the first week it was just like spotting.. it was barely filling a tampon and now I’m bleeding so heavy I’m filling up tampons and I’ve been having blood clots but this is the largest one by far!😭 do you guy’s think it’s a miscarriage?? (mind you I’m 22 and been having a normal period for years now)
