WHAT CAN I EAT?!

I’m so frustrated right now. I got the methotrexate injection yesterday and you’re supposed to avoid folic acid. EVERYTHING has folic acid in it. What can I eat?! I’m starving 😭

You just shouldn't eat foods that are high in folate or folic acid (so most cereals in North America have added folic acid, green leafy vegetables etc).

This too shall pass ! Have plain food and as your Hcg is zero , have everything you would eat after a delivery as your body needs to heal internally .
