Clogged tear duct?

Does this look like a clogged tear duct or something else? I can’t get his doctors opinion until tomorrow as we are out of state. He’s 7 weeks old and it’s been happening on and off for a couple weeks. It doesn’t seem to bother him and there’s no redness or swelling.

My son had this also. You can just use a warm wet rag to gently clean and then we were told to gently massage the corner of his eye to help. His lasted a little while and then cleared up on its own

Aw yeah. Sometimes when the ducts get blocked they get infected. My baby’s looked exactly like that when he was that age. I really tried all the natural home remedies to clear it but ended up needing some erythromycin eye ointment and it finally went away.

As stupid as this sounds I got told by my doctor to use baby shampoo tear free Johnson’s and put a tiny bit on a wet cotton pad and massage his eye with it it cleared up straight away and hasn’t come back since.
