19 month old foot randomly hurts?

I’m not sure if it really hurts or if it’s becoming an “I’m uncomfortable, give me love please” kind of thing.

She complains/cries/whines about her foot hurting usually when we’re in the car after a little while. (She’s never like car rides). She’ll start to say her foot hurts and papa gives her lots of attention to make it feel better (sometimes it doesn’t feel better though). Today we left the park (which she doesn’t like) and immediately when I put her in her seat she lifted her foot and said “oh foot hurt mama” and I told her she would be okay and papa gave her a snack and she was fine. And in her high chair this morning she was done eating and I was still eating and she said “ehh toe hurt mama” and I kissed it to make it better and said “it looks like your all done eating” and we cleaned up and she got out of her chair and was fine. It’s always the same foot (and/or big toe). Almost two months ago she kicked it on the hard floor while lying on her tummy so my husband is worried it’s hurt but it looks okay.
