How long did it take for your baby to start walking after assisted standing?

My baby boy is 7 months, he holds onto furniture and uses it to aid his walking and stepping and has been doing so for a few weeks.
Just wondering how long it’ll take before he walks? I’m excited for it but also sad about how fast he’s growing up. 🥹🫶

All of mine started crawling, pulling up to stand, and walking along furniture by 6 months, but walked at different times. 11 months, 9 months, 12 months, and 14 months.

my son was assisted standing around 5-6 months, crawling at 6 months, and walking at 10 months. but please don’t feel discouraged if that’s not where your baby is at! they all develop on their own :)

My son started pulling to stand at 6 months and was taking independent steps at 9 months. He was running not long after that! I was surprised how long it actually takes for them to start walking after getting on their feet with help. We did a lot of one-handed walking with him for a good while there, so I was wondering why it took so long. Looking back, I realize it was actually pretty quick.

My baby has been assisted standing since 5 months and not walking on his own yet at 8 months, but he’s getting good at assisted walking holding his hands.

With my first, it still took 5 months (assisted standing at 11 months. She took her first step unassisted at 16 months)
