GD Friendly Snacks and quick meals
I was confirmed with GD for my second pregnancy today. I was hoping I would avoid it this time since I’m in a healthy weight range and I eat much better than the first pregnancy, but nonetheless I have it! I also have PCOS so I think it’s just a given for me at this point. Anyway, it’s been 7 years since my first and although I remember the management, I’m hoping to just hear from others how they are managing. What snacks do you have between meals? I work from home but my meals are sometimes limited to 10 minute breaks, so anything I can prep or have on hand for quick lunch/dinner would be great help too.
Note - My first was very well managed with diet so hoping this one will be as well!
