A few things…. Everyone asks how old our premie is, and I’m not sure what to say, I always go from the day she was born which makes her 4 months today but then everyone questions if she eats and why she is so small… i then have to explain it all which kicks my anxiety off, am I right to go from the day she was born?

Also she has now been showing signs of wanting solids for nearly a month and she is now 4 months old so like my first we feel we can try her a few bits but I can not remember what we gave our eldest and my mind is blank, can I have any ideas for a 4 month old? I’ve got baby banana porridge and she wasn’t fussed, she wanted it but preferred her milk… thank you in advance
