Am I pregnant ??

I have a regular cycle every month. I am 5 days late, clear discharge. Sore nipples and extreme lower back pain. Last had sex on 13 May. He pulled out but I am still very anxious. 
Should I take a pregnancy test?

Only way to tell is with a pregnancy test. It is possible that you ovulated late, however, pregnancy is a possibility too as precum can contain viable sperm. If you don't want to get pregnant, you should consider speaking about birthcontrol options with your dr or use condoms since pullout is not nearly as effective.
