Your not pregnant but something that can help is changing your diet eating more healthy and exercising. I do say go to a doctor so they can give you a medical diagnosis. You shouldn’t feel worried cause it’s a symptom of birth control but if you truly feel bothered talk to your doctor to get on another type of birth control like the shot patch or any other.
