or should it just be formula? i’m introducing a sippy cup and not sure. i know they say not to give babies too much water so idk where to start!

Formula only goes in bottles. 
It’s best to do water and only give it at meal times to practice using a cup while limiting intake. 
I also recommend doing a straw cup or open mouth. Sippy cups (hard or soft spout) aren’t good for oral development.
