Any advice for baby eczema?

My son is 7 months and eczema started appearing days after weaning- I cannot figure out what it is  at all… I do feel it’s sometimes worse with strawberries but idk. 
It’s mainly on his back- in fact it isn’t anywhere else weirdly 
Any advice of what to put on it?? 
I’ve done an oat bath

That's pretty severe. Since you weaned has he been drinking formula? I would call his pediatrician asap

If it's a food allergy, you can try￼ to figure it out by only allowing one solid food per week. So if you think is happening with strawberries, stop strawberries and ￼try a different fruit this week and see if it clears up. ￼And then go back to strawberries the following week ￼and see if it happens again. I would try that until you can see your doctor. ￼Generally, when introducing solids, one type of food per week is the best way to do it. This way you can understand what foods cause sensitivities and you don't have to play a guessing game about it. ￼It does look like it could be hives to me. Although, a heat rash could look similar to that as well. ￼

Oh poor baby! Definitely talk to bubs doctor asap and get a hydrocortisone and fatty ointment. My LO gets eczema too, strawberries trigger it and so does tomato. Cut them out immediately! I use an eczema wash only and moisturize moisturize moisturize the whole body multiple times a day with emollients. Good luck, I hope it clears up soon

If it’s after he eats something could be an allergic reaction. I would for sure bring bub to the Dr. And document everything he eats for the day n see what brings on the reaction. Weaning off BM? So he started formula? Maybe it’s the formula? Either way DR!
