What are your thoughts on Rhogram?

My doctor is pressuring me to get it I can’t find much information on it besides it’s made from other peoples blood.

It's made from human blood. There is a risk of any virus they don't know to screen for.

I’m refusing. It’s well known to cause miscarriages.

There’s a lot of controversy on the Rhogam. I was going to refuse it my second pregnancy but ended up giving into the anxiety if I didn’t get it. 
I don’t receive any other injections other than Rhogam. I’m just terrified of sensitization and then not being able to maintain a future pregnancy. 
It’s a very personal decision though. I’m sure there are women out there who are Rh- and don’t get it and are fine. I’m pretty sure there’s also a whole Facebook group dedicated to this topic. 
But for me I’ve gotten it both pregnancies just to be safe. My first pregnancy I got it at 28 weeks pregnant and also after delivery. 
But my second pregnancy I only got it after delivery. And both times I was with midwives, not an OB, so they tested the baby’s cord blood to determine if they were positive or negative first before giving me the Rhogam. Unfortunately both my kids got positive blood from their dad haha. 
I’m currently pregnant with my 3rd and wouldn’t be mad if this baby had Rh- blood so I don’t have to worry about it this time haha.
ALSO, confirm your baby’s dads blood type if you haven’t already!!! If he is Rh- there is absolutely no need for the Rhogam. We did my husbands with an at home kit from Amazon. It was super simple and we even did it twice to be sure. Sadly he was positive 😂
