Could I be pregnant

Ladies my periods have been regular so far and i had my last period on may and haven’t had sex after that until this week. I took two home pregnancy tests blood and urine and both came back negative.

I have been bloated lately and my tummy looks bigger and sometimes i feel like a heartbeat or something is moving inside. I don’t know if my anxiety has control over me. Could i be pregnant and not know about it although i have had a normal pregnancy years ago but these stories i read on social media about hidden pregnancies keeps me doubting my knowledge.

I just need a safe space to talk without feeling judged as sex ed isn’t good where i come from :(
