Anybody kno what this could be?

So I have this painful hard bump inside if my mouth . It’s been here for like a week

Now. It’s like a clear filled bump . It hurts. I do bite my lip a lot accidentally but idk if it’s from that . I searched it on Google and they said it could possibly be a mucocole cyst or something, (fyi that’s cask mask on my upper lips and hands lol)
