Body aches 30 weeks
Since yesterday my whole body just aches. My son's are currently sick but other than the aches I'm not showing any other symptoms. Not sure if it's a pregnancy symptom or getting sick myself. But my arms ache, both my legs, my back. Feels like I been hit by a truck. What's more likely to be causing it? Should I see my doctor?
