Working out while pregnant
I am about 7 weeks pregnant. I have my first appointment this Thursday. This is my 3rd pregnancy, but my most “fit”. I got into bodybuilding about a year ago? I lift heavy, and am nervous about some of the weight I’m lifting. I do listen to my body and I do intend to talk to my doctors about this. But just wanted to see if there’s any other weight lifting mommas out there with advice!
