Does anyone else breastfeed and get shaky if they miss a meal? I've recently started eating when baby eats so 3 meals a day and recently if I miss lunch, my hands will start shaking and I start getting lightheaded and kind of anxious feeling? I'm wondering if this is common with breastfeeding or if I should be concerned? (Late onset diabetes runs in my family) idk if I should go see a doctor or if it's just because I'm not eating enough and baby is taking all my sugars
