10 weeks 6 days heavy bleeding anyone else had this?

I went to the doctor Wednesday they keep saying spotting is normal I even showed them these pictures and they just seem to brush it off! This is my 4th pregnancy so I am pretty sure I know the difference between bleeding and spotting. Ultrasound looked perfect, HCG levels were perfect.  Could not find Sub chorionic hemorrhage or any thing that looked like bleeding at all yet here I am still bleeding and passing blood clots any one else had this?

I’m so sorry but that looks like a miscarriage. I would go in and ask for a scan but I’ve often seen people on here say that things looked okay until about 2-3 days after the bleeding stopped and when they went for another scan it was gone. Either way those are large clots and you should be seen for your overall health, not just because of pregnancy.

Update baby is still in there wiggling around and with a good heart beat, they are going to scan me again on
Tuesday as well. Now just trying to figure out where the blood is coming from!

I would go to the ER if I were you. There is a reason you are passing clots and it is irresponsible that they brushed something like that off. You don’t just pass clots while pregnant without a medical cause for it

Update: we sadly lost our sweet little one last night.

It could be a SCH resolving itself or it could be a miscarriage. 
The ER will at least do an ultrasound to see if baby has a heartbeat or not.
