So, I have a mild case of PCOS.

Mild as in, I ovulate every month & have a regular period. Only my hormones are still slightly off balanced. AF is supposed to be here in 5 days. Last night I was in bed with heavy cramps for about 10 mins.

When I woke up for my morning tinkle I was shocked to see this in my underwear and when I wiped. (Sorry again for the images, just trying to get an opinion. Can’t get ahold of my on call doctor and don’t want to go to the ER)

I’m currently 8dpo, I took a test just in case it was implantation bleeding, came back negative.

Had this ever happened to anyone ? I’m very concerned with the color of this spotting.
