I just got home from my c section and I just went to pee and I felt like a peed something thick out and I look in the toilet and it’s this? Should I be concerned?

Not concerning. If you get any larger than a golf ball go in. But this is fine

Looks like uterus lining.  Which would be normal.  As long as no pain or heavy bleeding should be fine.
