Do you believe that people are born naturally good?

The vast majority of people have empathetic brains and are pro social.  This is probably your definition of “good”.
“About 1.2% of U.S. adult men and 0.3% to 0.7% of U.S. adult women are considered to have clinically significant levels of psychopathic traits.”  This means their brains are different, they can cognitively, or intellectually understand empathy, but cannot necessarily feel or embody it, can be quick to violence and aggression and are highly manipulative.  This is not their fault.  We know from science our development depends on both genetic predispositions and our environments. 
Considering your post history, I’m really not surprised you believe people are evil & need to be taught to be “good”.

People that believe others always have evil intentions they have to have corrected genuinely terrify me. It makes me wonder what the hell is going on in their heads. What they’re trying not to do. 
In certain cases I know. It’s a damn shame there’s no regulation in letting them terrorize communities. 👀

I believe we all have genes that predispose us to having certain traits and characteristics. What we experience throughout our lifetimes also shapes this. Everyone is different and I don’t think you can put a blanketed statement about the human population. But I would most people try to do what they think is “good” but our differences cause us all to have different definitions of good, as well as evil.

In my religion, we believe people are born in a state of purity and therefore born “naturally good.” We are all born with a natural moral sense to differentiate between good and bad. However society, our environment, our desires, the devil, etc. influences us as we get older and can change us to be bad people. We were born with free will but some of use that free will to make bad decisions as we get older.

The answers are bias. Kids need to be taught and they learn from an early age. That's why I avoid having arguments with my partner in front of our baby, cause she sure learns from them.

This sums it up well. I don't believe that humans are naturally evil, but I think to be good and to love others  is something that has to be worked very hard at. That's because being good doesn't just mean "not hurting other people" or "not doing bad things;" it means actively loving other people by wanting what is best for them and working for that.

Both! I believe that humans desire to do and to have what is good, but we also have a natural inclination to do evil. It's very rare that a person does evil just for evil's sake, when people commit an evil act they are typical pursuing something they perceive to be good, but it is a selfish good, so they are harming others by pursuing the thing that they want. For example, having money and a nice job are good things, but people will harm others to get those things. It's because our desires are disordered, we don't realize that the value and well being of another human being is a higher good than money, and therefore we should never place money above another human's dignity. Another example is placing the desire for sex above the emotional well-being of your spouse. Sex itself is a very good thing, but pursuing sex in a way that harms another person's dignity and well-being is very evil. Thats why prostitution is evil, because the persons who pays the prostitute is reducing them and their body to a disposable commodity. Christians believe that when Adam and Eve disobeyed God, in that moment their desires became disordered meaning they could no longer recognize the proper order of good and were doomed to experience great sin and hardship because they would pursue lesser goods (money, food, sexual pleasure) at the expense of higher goods (love of fellowman, peace, integrity, friendship with God). Sin always ends badly, even if we think we are pursuing a good thing while we are sinning, if we are sinning it will always come around to harm us and others. This is why we should always examine our own consciousness, because our soul will tell us if we have done evil if we allow a moment of inner honesty.
