What are the best supplements or vitamins to take when trying to conceive, and how do they impact fertility?

It’s best to take a prenatal to prepare your uterus. 
As for any other supplements, you’d need to discuss with your doctor. Some can really throw off your cycle if your just take them when you don’t need them.

Thanks for the comment! We have been TTC baby no 2 for almost 2 years and feeling pretty deflated. Last month was an irregular Cycle and got our hopes up then AF arrived and popped our bubble. 😔 not giving up though we will keep dancing until it’s our turn 🤞🏽
