How has PCOS affected your fertility?

Hey ladies, I'm wondering how PCOS has affected your fertility. Have you been able to conceive naturally or have you had to use other methods? Any advice for those trying to conceive with PCOS?

Answer

This is going to vary person to person and even year to year. 
Many woman get pregnant naturally with pcos. Many woman need fertility treatments of some kind. Many woman use treatment for one pregnancy and than get pregnant naturally the next time or two.
Start tracking ovulation with opks and/or bbt. Learn your body. Discuss a game plan with your obgyn. Don’t assume anything. 
Sooo many woman assume that pcos means they can never get pregnant naturally. Or some are even told that at some point by a doctor. And then they go on to have “carefree” intercourse and end up shockingly pregnant. So never assume.
