Feeling crazy in relation to pregnancy

I was supposed to have my period over a week ago, but it never came that week. Later in the week I had tons of bloating, and started having light spotting that was brownish pink on Monday, thinking it was implantation bleeding. I took a test at the doctors office but it was a bfn for both blood and urine. Started feeling nausea, slight crampin/ pulling in side of my uterus the past two days, along with headaches and a slight backahe and fatigue. Took another test at the hospital because there was another thing that concerned me and it came back bfn. Feeling very sad and defeated because I want to be pregnant and I’m nervous that I am convincing myself I am but I’m not really pregnant. Others told me to wait a week after implantation but so ready to give up at this point. I’ve also been super emotional these past two weeks…
