echogenic bowel on anatomy scan

So I am currently 21 weeks today. I had my anatomy scan done Tuesday and they called to tell me that there is a marker on the baby’s bowel - echogenic bowel. All of my genetic testing came back negative for everything like Down syndrome, cystic fibrosis etc.

His neck measurement is fine, my placenta is good. Everything was good besides that marker.

I had to get blood work done to rule out if I have any infections. Labs still pending.

Has this happened to anyone else? What were your results? Im just a little anxious is all. It’s my first baby and I’ve really been having a great pregnancy like I don’t even feel pregnant lol. But now I’m concerned of course.
