First missed or delayed period?

Question

I beleive I am in perimenpause and this might be the first period that I'm skipping, or it's just really late. Has anyone else had scares? I would be absolutley panicking if my partner hadn't had a vasectomy already. I'm 44 now. I wonder how others felt when this first started.

Felt the same way 3 periods ago when my
Period was late for more than a week. I’m 43 and it was the first time, before that I had always had it the day the app said it would happen. My husband has a vasectomy too so we weren’t scared. Doctor says I’m still like 7 or 8 years away of menopause but I don’t like the feeling of not knowing when my period will come.

41 here and Ive had a week or 2 late with my cycle like 3 like times this yr. Even though I’ve had the horrible cramps before hand and nothing comes. I just feel my legs very warm at night, which I’m about to buy the cooling sheets and I’m applying wild yam cream day and night.
