Breasts

So as long as I can remember my breast always felt lumpy. I would research heavily on symptoms of breast cancer and all I can find is that if feels like a lump or a bump, it is hard and doesn’t hurt when touched. The problem and concern that I am having is that I have always felt lumps and bumps on my breast and I have never touched another Women’s breast so I cant tell if my are normal or not. If it is normal, what the difference in the lumps I feel now vs a cancerous lump?

Out of fear and embarrassment, I have always been hesitant to ask people or even go to the doctor’s.
